They're hard to find. All I see are ND's, Polarizers, UV and Sky lights. Which don't do that much. I want to find some crazy ones

well, I have found that anything white ( like this deadish tree) looks great on dark blue ( the sky which I made this blue using a circular polarizer) it creates that lovely contrast.
